Inter-tutor Rowing Competition |
All girls from Year 7 - 11 had the opportunity to participate in an inter-tutor rowing competition between Jan 4th - 8th (except for the snow day cancelled lessons!). Some fantastic results were seen with many girls achieving over 80% of the target distances set. Results are being worked out this week and will be posted soon. Points will be added to the House Competition so all efforts were worth it.
Many thanks to Kev Sellar who braved snow and ice to get to us for the week - thank you for your efforts, they are much appreciated!
The next opportunity for Indoor Rowing will be at the Plymouth Schools Competition on Weds 3rd Feb at Plymstock School. We currently have 22 girls entered, with more spaces available. See Mrs Goolden in the PE office for details.
