2 Inter-house competitions in one half term at PHSG! |

Kev Sellar, Plymouth rowing coach and his able team of Sophie and Jack came to PHSG in January to run a whole school inter house rowing competition. Sessions were held during PE lessons where students were taught how to row, good technique and how to compete in a 2 min rowing competition. Each student scored points based on how far they rowed in the 2 mins and these were added up to make a house total.
In February, despite the cold and rain we managed to hold inter house Netball competitions. KS3 was held during a PE lesson, whilst KS4/5 gave up their lunch break over three days to complete the tournament.
Hockey is next on the schedule due to take part on 16th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd March.
